Brief: Cold Developments were appointed to repurpose an unused Back of House space to a new Subway food concession at MFG Kilmington. Cold Developments undertook all Principal contractor duties, along with minor structural alterations to the internal walls and roof structure and carried out the full fit out to MFG and Subway design specifications.

Brief: Cold Developments were appointed aid with site surveys, space planning and proposed layouts. Along with full Principal contractor duties on the full demolition, enlargement and fitout of the Northbound customer toilet and shower facility to the main services building. Over all uplifting the customer environment and adding additional facility capacity

 Brief: Cold Developments were appointed to carry out Internal remodel and shop fit works to accommodate a new Greggs and Refreshed Subway food concessions. While on site Cold where also appointed and carried out external maintenance and alterations to compliment the sites new offerings.

Brief: Cold Developments were appointed by Welcome Break to carry one of their first Pret A Manger food concession into there estate. Cold undertook the complete white box alterations and fitout on the project and worked with client’s team to ensure the project was seamlessly delivered while not impacting trade to the other service station offerings during the fitout works.
